Hayley & Simon Roche
This website has been set up by Hayley and Simon Roche to provide an easy platform to find property related services as well as interesting tips and information. We saw the need for a "one stop property shop" for all things property.
Simon is an experienced builder who has won multiple Master Builder Awards not only in Wellington but at New Zealand level as well. He specialises in high class residential and is known for his attention to detail.
Hayley has worked in many facets of property including mortgages, development, property management and was a property valuer working to wards her registration which she gave up to be home for their children.
