Price Estimates

Look up the property on the following website as they have "price estimates".

Comparable Sales

Get a report from qv.co.nz
homes.co.nz; trademe property insights, oneroof.co.nz and qv.co.nz all give recent sales

E-Valuation

Use an e-valuation also called an online valuation. These can be found on qv.co.nz

Real Estate Agent

If through a real estate agent, then ask them for guidance
- By law the agent must provide the vendor with a sales appraisal
- The agent may have a list of comparable sales
